BE IT KNOWN that I, {parentguardianName}, the undersigned parent or guardian of {studentName}, do hereby give and grant unto any qualified medical doctor or hospital my full consent and authorisation to render such aid, treatment, or care to said student as, in the judgment of said doctor or hospital, may be required on an EMERGENCY BASIS when the need for such treatment is clear and when all efforts to contact me have been unsuccessful.

IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD that any expense incurred for emergency transportation and/or medical treatment will be the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian of the student. I acknowledge and agree that payment of any such expenses is not the responsibility of Outsiders Adventure Co.

I {parentguardianName}, the parent or legal guardian of {studentName}, a minor child, hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all activities organised by Outsiders Adventure Co., including but not limited to: on-site programmes, electives, field trips, and park days.

I certify that my child is physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in the programme. I understand that participation is voluntary and that Outsiders Adventure Co. staff will take reasonable safety precautions.

In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in these activities, I voluntarily and knowingly release Outsiders Adventure Co., including its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates, from any and all liability related to my child’s participation.

• Personal injury, illness, death, or property damage

I understand that there are inherent risks in outdoor education, travel, and recreational or instructional activities. I assume full responsibility for any risk, including injury or damage, incurred by myself or my child as a result of participating in these activities.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outsiders Adventure Co., its employees, officers, instructors, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my child’s participation. This agreement is binding upon me, my spouse, heirs, personal representatives, assigns, and any guardian ad litem for my child.

As part of these activities, Outsiders Adventure Co. may photograph, video, or record students for documentation, training, and promotional purposes. These materials may be used in the following formats:

• Instructor training and professional development
• Programme promotion via:
  • Newsletters
  • Brochures and flyers
  • Websites and social media platforms
  • Mass media publications and outreach

Outsiders Adventure Co. is committed to protecting your child’s privacy. We pledge to:

• Share only appropriate, respectful, and relevant media content
• Avoid disclosing any location-identifying information in public-facing materials
• Ensure all shared content aligns with our programme’s values and community standards

I, {parentguardianName}, the parent or legal guardian of {studentName}, a minor child, hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all activities organised by Outsiders Adventure Co., including but not limited to: on-site programmes, electives, field trips, and park days.

As part of our enrolment, I understand that both parents/guardians and students are expected to uphold the following responsibilities to ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching learning environment for all participants.

1. Communication
   I will stay informed by reading the bi-monthly email newsletter and will reach out to Outsiders Adventure Co. staff with any questions or concerns regarding my child’s participation or the programme schedule.
2. Drop-Off and Pick-Up
   I will ensure my child is dropped off no earlier than 9:45 AM and picked up no later than 3:15 PM on programme days.
3. Food and Supplies
   I will send my child with a healthy lunch, a snack, a refillable water bottle, and the necessary personal-use school supplies. I will also communicate any allergies or health-related concerns that may impact my child or the group.
4. Dress Code
   I will make sure my child follows the dress code established by the programme. If their attire is found to be inappropriate or distracting, I will support any requested changes.
5. Technology Usage
   I will support the programme’s technology policy, which prohibits unauthorised personal device use during programme hours. I will teach my child to act responsibly, ethically, and respectfully in all digital interactions.
6. Cancellations and Holidays
   I understand that programme days may be cancelled due to holidays, inclement weather, road conditions, or unforeseen emergencies. I acknowledge that make-up days may not be available in these cases.
7. Tuition
   I agree to ensure tuition is paid by the 1st of each month, either through:
   • A valid and approved charter school certificate (with supporting proof, if needed), or
   • The designated online payment system provided by Outsiders Adventure Co.
   I understand:
   • Tuition is non-refundable and not prorated for missed or unused days
   • I am financially responsible if my charter school fails to pay or resolve the tuition certificate
8. Curriculum
   I recognise that Outsiders Adventure Co. guides are there to support—not replace—me as my child’s primary educator. I am responsible for ensuring all core academic instruction is provided according to the requirements of our charter school, private satellite programme, or affidavit with the State of California.
9. Behaviour and Conduct
   I will encourage my child to maintain respectful and responsible behaviour. I understand that if my child repeatedly violates conduct expectations or disrupts the learning environment, they may be dismissed from the programme.
10. Withdrawal
    If we decide to withdraw from the programme—either before the start or during the year—I will notify the Site Director as early as possible so that our space may be offered to another family on the waitlist.

11. Behaviour & Conduct
    My child will attend class prepared, with a positive attitude, and will demonstrate respect toward staff and fellow students. They will follow all instructions and remain with their assigned group at all times.
12. Technology Usage
    My child will not use personal devices (including mobile phones) during programme hours. They will use all technology appropriately, ethically, and respectfully. I understand that unauthorised devices may be confiscated if visible or misused.
13. Dress Code
    My child will wear clothing that is suitable for learning, active participation, and aligns with the programme’s dress code. I understand they may be asked to change, cover, or remove any item that causes disruption.

I, {parentguardianName}, the parent or legal guardian of {studentName}, a minor child, hereby accept full financial responsibility for all tuition and fees associated with my child’s participation in the Outsiders Adventure Co. programme.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, regardless of attendance.
• There are no refunds or prorated amounts for missed, cancelled, or unused programme days.
• If my charter school fails to pay or process the certificate, I am personally responsible for the full tuition amount.
